Names William Weygandt New VP of Sales & Marketing

Littleton, CO – April 15, 2008: American Innovations’ Integrity Management Division (AI-IMD), a leading provider of software and engineering consulting services for the pipeline industry, announced William Weygandt has accepted an offer to become Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

"I am delighted that Bill will take on leadership of sales, marketing and business development for the Integrity Management Division,” said Jennie Hoff, President of AI-IMD. “His extensive business development experience and unique ability to drive organic growth will enable us to efficiently identify opportunities for AI-IMD, as well as expose the oil and gas community to the comprehensive intelligent risk analysis software and services we offer."

Weygandt comes to AI-IMD with over twenty years of experience in planning, business development and operations in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Williams Energy Services, where he consolidated retail energy assets and investments of $20 million into a single organization. Previously, he was Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Williams Field Services and worked at Williams Field Services and Northwest Pipeline Corporation in a variety of management positions in operations, business development and regulatory affairs during his eleven years in the Williams Salt Lake City Division. Weygandt holds degrees in Economics (Pennsylvania State University) and Business Administration (Bloomsburg University).
